Dear GCS Families. The Friends of GCS warmly invite you to our Christmas Fair on 13th of December 2-4pm There will be a variety of activities available: ·         Christmassy music with lights, decorations and seating in the Courtyard. ·         Refreshments including homemade cakes, mince pies, mulled wine and hot chocolate. ·         A 'Token Fun Zone' in the Concert Hall with Christmas games, crafts, tombolas and a bouncy castle. ·         A Christmas Hamper Raffle.                                                 *Tickets on sale soon* Donations To help us make the Fair as successful as possible, we would be grateful if those families who feel able to could contribute donations towards any of the following: *Hamper items - any new item that would bring someone joy if they won a Christmas Hamper e.g. new but unwanted gifts, bottles, chocolates, biscuits, Christmas decorations, candles, cheese biscuits.  *Items for the very popular Chocolate Tombola (no nuts please). *Any leftover wrapped sweets that you have from Halloween that we could use as prizes - such as lollies, Haribo and Maoam. Please drop any donations off between the 10th and 21st of November to the School Office.   Volunteers We are also looking for event volunteers, including to help set up and pack away the Fair.  As well as a warm, fuzzy feeling, volunteers get in free and receive a token for a free drink and treat.
