Year 12 Transition Work 2024
At the County Sixth Form, we aim for students to attain the best academic outcomes. The step up from GCSE to A-Level is significant, with students expected to become self-regulating independent learners.
To support this journey our specialist teachers have created bespoke preparation work for all our incoming Year 12 students. You can find this below.
Study checklist for September:
- Download the transition work for your chosen subjects.
- Spent c.10 hours per subject, completing the activities set.
- Bring the work to your first lesson in September.
- You will be tested on the content of the Transition Work within the first three lessons to check your knowledge and understanding. Ensure you have committed the material to memory.
